Adam brings over 20 years of experience managing high-value commercial entertainment projects and advertising initiatives. His broad expertise in business affairs, revenue generation, and brand storytelling makes him a driving force behind innovative content and commercial success.

Career Highlights

Adam has integrated brand and commerce throughout his career, winning numerous awards for producing content for clients such as the Vatican, Johnson & Johnson, and Credit Suisse. He was part of the original launch teams for new television series, including A&E’s American Pickers—now running for 26 seasons. Adam has written, directed, and produced an Oscar-qualified short film, two feature documentaries, and multiple network television series.

Leadership & Mentorship

Adam has led teams of all sizes and managed business affairs, sales, marketing, and daily operations as Executive Vice President at 405 Productions and Basecamp Media & Entertainment, and as President of his own company, Chatsby Films.

He is also a dedicated mentor, working with startup founders from Silicon Valley to Eastern Europe. In 2024, he was voted #1 Mentor by the Founder Institute’s Eastern European chapter.

When he’s not getting excited about the future of ThermaGel Innovations he’s gardening, cooking, building things and traveling for fun.
