Tom is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 30 years experience in “Big Four” public accounting and industry serving primarily the FIN Tech and Manufacturing sectors.

With a strong track record  streamlining complex operations, and guiding billion-dollar transactions, He has driven significant financial gains and synergies under his leadership.

Career Highlights
Tom most recently served as the Chief Accounting Officer at FIS Global, a multinational fortune 250 company leading  a team of over 1,200 and managed a $100M+ annual budget. He was instrumental in process improvements across finance, legal, tax, and systems—and led the accounting for FIS’s $40B acquisition of WorldPay.

At General Electric, he was Assistant Corporate Controller, overseeing financial operations for GE Power, Healthcare, Aviation, and NBC Universal. He also held leadership roles at Tech Data and Mondelez.

Tom competes in Ironman 70.3 triathlons and has traveled to 45+ countries and 45 U.S. states. A devoted soccer fan (USMNT, Inter Milan, Chicago Fire), he also enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and exploring the outdoors.
